Typically, it takes 1–6 business days for our warehouse to process your order (excluding pre-order items). You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped. The shipping time below does not include processing time.

Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
  • If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For U.S. orders: all import duties and taxes are included in your payment—no additional fees at delivery.
  • For non-U.S. orders: import duties and taxes may be applied based on destination customs rules; return costs due to unpaid fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
  • We fully comply with international customs laws. Declaring items as gifts or undervaluing merchandise is strictly prohibited.

Speedy Shipping
We offer Speedy Shipping for selected items. If your order includes both Speedy and regular items, you may opt to split shipment for faster delivery.

Shipping Address Updates
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including full street details. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delays or lost packages.

  1. Before shipment: You can modify your address via our app for any order that has not yet shipped. We’ll process your request within 24 hours.
  2. During transit: If your order is already en route and you need to update delivery information, please contact our customer support immediately with the revised details.
    • Address changes during transit may incur interception fees, varying by carrier, and are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Because the package is already in transit, successful modification is not guaranteed.

Additional Information

  • Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, high parcel volumes, customs clearance, severe weather, strikes, public holidays, or if shipping details are incorrect. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide an alternate address at checkout; if there’s an issue, our team will reach out for confirmation or correction.
  • We are not liable for loss, delay, or failed deliveries resulting from customer-provided errors—including incomplete or incorrect address details or contact information. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Please double-check all delivery information before confirming your order.
